1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Rahul Singh (Proprietor operating as Corporate Gupshup, "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://corporategupsup.onlineand associated application services ("Platform").

By accessing, registering for, or using Corporate Gupshup, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Membership Requirements

Corporate Gupshup is an exclusive, members-only online community platform designed solely for verified corporate employees in India. To register and maintain an active account, you must satisfy the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• You must possess a valid, active corporate/company email address (e.g., name@companydomain.com).
• Registration using personal email providers (including but not limited to Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook personal, Hotmail, Rediffmail, or temp-mail services) is strictly prohibited and technically blocked.
• You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and verification is truthful, accurate, and current.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to create and maintain exactly one (1) account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, sharing account credentials, or attempting to register on behalf of another individual is strictly forbidden.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and one-time password (OTP) codes. You accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify us at account@corporategupsup.online.

4. Description of Service

Corporate Gupshup provides a digital community platform for verified corporate employees to participate in professional discussions, anonymous workplace rants, salary transparency sharing, job referrals, organization lounges, and direct peer networking.

To safeguard user privacy and prevent workplace retaliation, company identities are displayed exclusively as randomly generated, deterministic company codenames (e.g., "Chai Warriors" or "Appraisal Mafia"). Real email domain names are processed server-side solely for codename generation and are NEVER publicly displayed.

5. Subscription Plans, Pricing & Payment Terms

Corporate Gupshup operates a tier-based membership subscription model. Access to premium features is determined by your active subscription plan:

• One-Time Payments: All paid plan purchases are one-time payments granting thirty (30) consecutive calendar days of plan access from the date of successful transaction.
• No Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions do NOT automatically renew or recurringly charge your payment method. Upon expiration of the 30-day term, your account gracefully reverts to the Intern (Free) tier unless manually repurchased.
• Payment Gateway: All financial transactions are securely processed through our online payment gateway partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not collect or store full credit card numbers, debit card PINs, CVVs, or Netbanking credentials.
• Taxes: All listed prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
• Free Trial: New accounts receive a complimentary 15-day trial with full CXO-level access upon verification. No credit card or payment details are required to claim trial access.

6. Acceptable Use & Code of Conduct

You agree to use Corporate Gupshup in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner. You shall NOT engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting or transmitting content that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, sexually explicit, abusive, threatening, harassing, or promoting hatred against any individual or group.
• Attempting to de-anonymize, dox, unmask, or reveal the real-world identity or email address of any user posting under a company codename or in Ghost Mode.
• Sharing confidential, proprietary, trade secret, or non-public financial information belonging to your employer or third-party corporations.
• Posting spam, unauthorized commercial advertisements, promotional solicitations, pyramid schemes, or phishing links.
• Impersonating any person, employee, officer, or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your corporate affiliation.
• Engaging in web scraping, automated data extraction, reverse engineering, or probing the security architecture of the Platform.

7. User-Generated Content & Moderation

You retain all ownership rights to the original text, posts, and comments ("User Content") you submit to the Platform. By submitting User Content, you grant Corporate Gupshup a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, store, reproduce, and format your content for the operation of the Platform.

We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to monitor, review, flag, redact, or permanently delete any User Content that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or applicable law. Violations may result in formal warnings, temporary account suspension, or permanent termination of access without refund.

8. Anonymity & Codename Mechanics

Corporate Gupshup employs deterministic cryptographic hashing to map corporate email domains to stylized codenames. While we employ robust technical safeguards to protect anonymity, you acknowledge that content authored by you (such as posting highly specific personal narratives) could inadvertently allow peers to infer your identity. You remain solely responsible for the narrative details you choose to share.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RAHUL SINGH, CORPORATE GUPSHUP, OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR WORKPLACE STANDING) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING HEREUNDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CORPORATE GUPSHUP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rahul Singh, Corporate Gupshup, and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, legal action, or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance thereof.
